The country’s largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has announced that it will increase prices across its model range from Jan ’21. The cost of the company’s vehicles has been impacted adversely due to high input costs. However, the price hike could be more this time as the cost of raw materials has increased significantly. Maruti had reported its total production at 1,50,221 units, up 6% y-o-y in Nov ’20 against 1,41,834 units in the same month last year.
