Turkish imported scrap prices have increased in a deal concluded towards the closing of last week, for Feb’21 shipment, sources have shared to SteelMint. An eastern Marmara based steel mill has booked Baltic origin bulk cargo, containing 22,000t of HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $375/t CFR and 3,000t of bonus at $385/t CFR Turkey basis. Prices have moved up by $10-15 against the beginning of last week.
