Chinese steel giant – Baosteel has concluded 10,000 t HRC export deal to Vietnam at $640-645/t CFR basis, SteelMint learned from its trade channels. Prior this, the company booked around 30,000 t HRC at $626-628/t CFR for Feb’21 delivery. Improved downstream demand and tight supplies of HRC in Vietnam resulted in higher offers from China.
