Chinese major steel producer- Baosteel has recently booked 30,000 t HRC (SAE 1006) for exports to Vietnam at $626-628/t CFR basis for Feb ’21 delivery, sources reported to SteelMint. Improved downstream demand and tight supplies in Vietnam have supported imported HRC offers. Prices have increased by around $20 against deals concluded in the last week.
