Gujarat based Mono Steel India has increased rebar offers (Mono TMT Fe 500) today by INR 1,000/t. The current trade price for 12 mm rebar on next day payment terms stands at INR 42,500/t FoR Ahmedabad. Improved demand in rebar and strengthening raw material cost have led to price hike, sources told SteelMint. Mono Steel has a rolling capacity of 0.22 mn t pa.
