Steel Authority of India Ltd. has conducted an auction for around 800 t (0-3 & 3-10mm) silico manganese yesterday from its Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant, Maharashtra. Entire material fetched bids at an average of INR 39,800/t exw, for 0-3 mm and INR 50,300/t exw, for 3-10mm. The previous auction conducted on 10 Nov ’20 for 3-10mm silico manganese was concluded at around INR 47,000/t exw.
