India: Secondary mills’ rebar prices fall further by up to INR 500/t ($7)

Rebar price by mid-sized mills remained under pressure due to dull demand and trade activities in the major Indian markets. Sources reported to SteelMint, that manufacturers have reduced their offer by INR 100-500/t d-o-d. The current trade reference price for 10-25 mm rebar is assessed at INR 37,200/t Raipur and INR 40,100/t Jalna exw.
