Rebar prices fell by 100-500/t in most of the major markets, except in few specified locations of southern India. The current trade reference price for rebar (10-25 mm) is assessed at INR 37,300/t Raipur and INR 40,200/t Jalna exw. Limited buying inquiries and uncertain market direction pressured mid-sized rebar manufacturers to reduce their offer.
