Turkish imported scrap prices have inched-up in a recently concluded deal for Jan’21 shipment, SteelMint learnt. A West Marmara based steel mill has booked Benelux region based bulk cargo, comprising of 25,000t of HMS 1&2 (75:25), 10,000t of shredded, and 5,000t of bonus at an average price of $332.5/t CFR Turkey basis. Prices have moved up by $2-3 against closing of last week.
