Indian secondary rebar market observed limited demand and trade activity in most of the major supplying locations of the central and western region. Despite this, producers have kept their offer unchanged and focused on dispatch and deliveries of their previous orders. Meanwhile in western and southern region, rebar offers increased up to INR 500/t d-o-d, due to strengthening semi-finished price. The current trade reference price for rebar (12 mm) is assessed at INR 38,300-38,500/t Durgapur and INR 40,100-40,400/t Jalna exw.
