China’s metallurgical coke import prices continue rising on firm demand amid limited supply across different Eurasian origins. Chinese met coke supply tightness has intensified after widespread de-capacity measures along with coking coal scarcity following new import restrictions. CNF China met coke prices have surged by $15-20/t w-o-w to around $300/t (Japan), $295/t (Poland), $285/t (South Korea and Russia).
