China – the world’s largest consumer and importer of iron ore has recorded crude iron ore production at 78.4 mn t in Oct’20, up 7% as against 73.5 mn t in Sep’20, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. For the first ten months of CY’20 (Jan-Oct) the output recorded at 715.2 mn t, up as against 704.5 mn t CPLY.
