Today, the billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) rebound with a rise of RMB 20. The billet transactions have seen moderate, after price revision while prices of finished steel followed the billets synergy. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,580/t ($547/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
