Iran: KSC’s semi-finish steel export falls by 19% in 7M of the Persian year

Khouzestan Steel Company emerged as the top exporter of semi-finished steel products with 877,613 t during the first seven months of Iranian year (20 Mar’20-21 Oct’20, the data by Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization shows. However, the volume is 19% lower compared to the same period last year. The major mills exported 3.20 mn t of semi-finished and finished steel in 7M, down by 21% y-o-y.
