India: Govt to come up with proposed mining reforms in a month

The government is planning to come up with the proposed mining reforms in a month or so and the auction of mineral blocks will start 2-3 months after the amendments take place, the Minister of Coal and Mines Mr. Pralhad Joshi said. Govt is planning to auction 500 mineral blocks in next 2-3 years, he added.
