SAIL conducted an auction for 3,000 t OG (basic) grade pig iron, yesterday from its IISCO Steel Plant (ISP) West Bengal. Entire material put in the auction was booked at INR 29,330/t exw. The last auction conducted on 04 Nov’20 for 1,000 t was concluded around at INR 29,610/t exw. SAIL’s another auction for 5,600 t (2 rakes) from Bokaro Steel plant closed with no bids.
