India’s secondary rebar market observed weak demand and trade activities, following which manufacturers of north, central and western region declined their offers by INR 200-400/t d-o-d. However, the producers of eastern and southern region have kept their prices stable and adjusted the discount level as per their future booking orders and inventory in mills. Current trade price for 12 mm rebar is assessed at INR 34,200-34,600/t Raipur, INR 37,200-37,500/t Jalna exw.
