Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a public sector undertaking Enterprise floats a tender for Coal producers/Coal miners/suppliers to supply 60,000 MT crushed ROM Coal/ Non-Coking coal for Spreader stoker boiler at Indian Copper Complex (ICC), Ghatsila (Jharkhand).
General Condition
- Only those bidder who are willing to enter into an Integrity Pact with HCL, would be able to participate in tender.
- Bidder (Coal miner/Coal producer/supplier) shall have experience for supply of minimum 25,000 MT of Coal per year during last three fiscal year with supportive documents.
- The bidder should have average annual turnover of not less than INR 80 million in past 3 fiscal years with its annual report of past 3 fiscal years
- Quoted price should be on FOR destination basis with detailed break up.

- Type of Coal: Non-coking Coal
- Gross Calorific Value: 4,200-4,500 Kcal/kg
- Fixed Carbon: 31-43%
- Moisture (ARB): 2-4%
- Ash (ADB): 25-40%
- VM content: 25-30%
- Size: 3-20 mm (without Coal fines & Coal slurry)
Total Quantity: 60,000 MT +/- 25%
Delivery: Requirement is 5,000 MT every month, which may vary. However, material is to be supplied as per the advice of ICC, Ghatsila unit.
Mode of Dispatch: By Rail/Road (depending upon the requirement)
In case of Rail it should be full rake consignment of 58 wagons basis at ICC Siding, Ghatsila, S E Railway.
