SAIL conducted an auction for 2,000 t OG (basic) grade pig iron auction today from its IISCO Steel Plant (ISP) West Bengal. The auction received a good response with the entire quantity getting sold at an average of INR 29,100/t exw. The last auction conducted on 20 Oct’20 for 1,000 t was concluded at a weighted average price of INR 27,500/t exw.
