South 32 manganese ore offer to China reduces further for Dec’20 shipments

South 32, one of the largest miners of manganese ore, and further lowered their December offers by $0.08/dmtu for Australian ores and $0.2/dmtu for South African ores in the second revision. Meanwhile, it is expected that the current higher inventories in China and weak buying tendency, might bring down the prices further in the third revision.
