Today, the billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) remained unchanged against yesterday. The billet transactions have seen continuous, and finished steel prices started trending upwards. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,440/t ($514/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
