According to the latest report published by Financial Tribune, Iran’s direct-reduced iron ore (DRI) production recorded a growth of 8% to reach ~16 mn t during the current H1 Persian Year (20 Mar-20 Sep’20). Mobarakeh Steel Company (~4 mn t, up 8%), Khouzestan Steel Company (~2 mn t, up 12% y-o-y), and Golgohar (~1.5 mn t) stood as the leading DRI producers.
