South Korean mill – Hyundai Steel has lowered bids for Japanese scrap by JPY 1,000-1,500/t ($10-14) today, SteelMint learned from sources. Bids for H2 scrap stands at JPY 26,000/t ($247) FoB as against its last bid of JPY 27,000/t FoB on 24th Sep. Whereas, the bids have fallen by JPY 500/t as compared to Dongkuk Steel’s bid at JPY 26,500/t FoB put up yesterday.
