Chhattisgarh government has decided to extend the rebate on power tariff, which ended on 31st Mar’20, sources reported SteelMint. However the steel makers stated that it will vary as per plant’s load capacity and clarity is awaited from the authorities. In FY’20, the total rebate in power charges was about INR 1.2/unit on the load factor above 3,000 KVA.
