Vale, Brazil’s biggest iron ore miner, has confirmed resuming operations at its Viga concentration plant after six days of stoppage following a district court order on the disposal of tailings at B7 dam. After getting the court’s approval, Vale has now resumed operations from 2nd of Oct’20 at Viga plant which has a production capacity of 11,000 t iron ore fines per day.
