The government-owned steel mill- SAIL has announced an increase in its list prices of HRC for Oct deliveries, SteelMint learns from its channels. Prices have increased by INR 1,500-2,000/t ($20-27). The effective list price after the hike stands at INR 43,250/t (exw- Mumbai). Better demand outlook and tighter supply have resulted in a hike in flat steel prices.
