Iran to cut-down raw material exports to increase finished steel exports

Iran’s newly appointed industry minister, Alireza Razm Hosseini, said- the ministry is planning to limit the exports of raw materials to boost the exports of finished steel. “By preventing the sales of raw materials, we ensure creating more employment”, the minister further added, Tehran times reported. In the last Persian year, the country exported over three mn t of finished steel.
