Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) saw a drop of RMB 20, against yesterday. The billet transactions noted moderate while finished steel prices have seen stable. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,300/t ($485/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
