South African RB2 grade portside coal prices up by INR 200-300/t

Thermal coal RB2 (5500 kcal/kg NAR) grade portside coal prices at Indian ports have risen this week amid increase in API index. Offers at Gangavaram port are assessed at INR 4,950-5,000/t, Krishnapatnam port at INR 5,100-5,200/t, Paradip port at INR 5,150-5,250/t, and Haldia port at around 5,700/t. Prices are exclusive of cess and GST.
