Steel Authority of India Ltd. has scheduled an auction for around 1,400 t steel grade pig iron from its Rourkela Steel Plant, Odisha. In another auction, 500 t of OG (basic) grade pig iron is being offered from its IISCO Steel Plant (ISP) West Bengal on 30 Sep’20. The previous auction of RSP conducted on 24 Aug’20 for 2,500 t pig iron was concluded around at INR 28,200-28,800/t exw and for 500 t conducted from ISP, was concluded at INR 28,550/t exw.
