Two Chinese steelmakers to undergo maintenance shutdown at HRC lines

China’s Ansteel has scheduled maintenance of its two hot rolling lines of 1,700 mm each for a period of 8 days and 14 days, affecting daily HRC output of 15,000 t in total, a credible source reported to SteelMint. Another Chinese steelmaker Benxi Steel has decided to put its 2,300 mm rolling lines on maintenance from 10 Oct’20 for 15 days, affecting 10,000 t of HRC output per day.
