Imported bulk US origin HMS scrap offers to Bangladesh have remained firm, SteelMint learned from its sources. USA suppliers are quoting around $325/t CFR Chittagong for HMS (80:20) and seem that the suppliers are less interested in lower offers. However, Bangladesh mills have turned relatively less active this week for bulk scrap bookings.
