China Steel Corporation (CSC) carbon steel sales have declined by 10% on month to 776,542 t in Aug’20, with 64% domestic sales ratio, the company reported in a press release. In Jul’20, the company steel sales were recorded at 863,768 t. Total carbon steel sales volume during Jan-Aug’20 totaled 6.7 mn t, with 68% domestic sales ratio. CSC is a leading steelmaker in Taiwan, having a crude steel output of approximately 10 mn t per year.
