Domestic melting scrap prices moved up slightly by INR 200/t d-o-d to INR 23,800/t DAP Jalna while CRC scrap reported at around INR 25,700-26,000/t DAP Jalna. Most of the scrap-based markets picked up today owing to improved transactions in finished steel. Near term price trend may remain supportive, as per trade participants.
