Vietnam’s integrated steel manufacturer Formosa Ha Tinh has announced a steep increase in its HRC prices for Nov shipments, SteelMint learned from reliable trade sources. The price hike is around $45-50/t. Current offers for HRC (skin pass) is at $550/t CIF basis and for non skin pass $545/t CIF basis for Nov deliveries. Higher raw material prices along with the hike in imported HRC offers from major exporting nations can be attributed for sharp hike in prices
