Japanese steel mills further raise HRC export offer

Japanese steel mills have further raised HRC export offers by $10/t this week, SteelMint learned from its channels. Current offers stand at $550/t CFR Vietnam. Increase in the global HRC offers and higher raw material costs led to a hike in HRC export offers.
