Tangshan government has imposed stricter pollution control measures from today (7 Sep’20) till 14 Sep’20, to improve the quality of the air, SteelMint learned from a reliable source. Sintering machines and blast furnaces have been ordered to undergo pollution control checks. Apart from that, a few major Chinese mills including HBIS Tangshan mill, have been ordered to cut production capacity by the end of Sep.
