SAIL conducted an auction today for 2,000 t off grade (basic) pig iron from its IISCO Steel Plant (ISP), West Bengal. The auction received good participation with entire material being booked at INR 28,600/t exw. The last auction conducted on 02 Sep’20 for 1,000 t was concluded around at INR 28,550/t exw.
