State-owned Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has registered highest ever monthly sales for Aug’20 at over 1.4 mn t. Jul’20 sales of the integrated steel-maker stood much over 1.5 mn t – a growth of 50% over Jul’19. With steady domestic sales, the exports allocation by SAIL has fallen to 25% of overall production, SteelMint has come to learn from sources.
