Today, billet prices in the Tangshan market (northeast China) remained unchanged, against yesterday. The billet transactions were seen weak for the second consecutive day this week. However, finished steel prices were stable. The prices of commonly traded Q235 billet 150mm diameter were reported at RMB 3,460/t ($503/t) in Tangshan, inclusive of 13 % VAT.
