Domestic melting scrap prices in Jalna (Maharashtra) remained stable at INR 23,200/t DAP Jalna, as per SteelMint’s assessment. Price may remain range-bound in near-term without any major contractions. On the other hand, Alang market may observe price corrections owing to lower bids for semi-finished steel (ingot/billet) along with limited trade volumes.
