Major steel producer JSW steel has increased prices of HRC and CRC by INR 750/t to INR 39,250/t (ex- Mumbai) as well as the price of CR coil to INR 44,500/t (ex- Mumbai) with effect from Aug 14. The above mentioned prices do not include GST @18%. Other major mills also raised prices in same amount. Mills have raised HRC prices twice this month on back of improved demand in domestic and export market
