With improved buying in Chinese spot market, Indian exporters have also kept their offers firm. Although supply from Indian counterpart has been very limited and being dominated by big miners like Rungta and few merchant exporters. Sources report that Indian exporters are offering 63/62 Fe iron fines at around $114/t CFR China (deal has not been heard done), against Australian Fe 62% fines of $115/t CFR.
Indian exports of iron ore may increase marginally since cancelled plots at Paradip port have been re-allotted. By next week there are almost 6-7 vessels being lined up for loading at Paradip+ Haldia port against 4-5 vessels last week.
Indian exporters are offering Mill scale at around $119/t CFR loading.Indian Rupee has recovered slightly and currently trading at 59.29 /USD
