Neelanchal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL), keeps MS Billet (BIS grade) Prices Unchanged, however offers a Quantity Discount up to INR 600/MT.

Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) is a Company promoted by MMTC, & Investment Corporation of Orissa Limited (IPICOL), including Industrial Promotion. NINL having an integrated capacity of around 1.1 MnT  Iron and Steel Plant at Kalinga Nagar Industrial complex, Jajpur (Orissa), have kept its MS Billet prices unchanged at INR 27,600/MT (Ex-Plant).

Company is offering 9,635 MT of Concast Billet of grade IS 2830 in an open sale offer on the basis of ‘First Come First Serve’ through MMTC (Metals and Minerals Trading Corporation).

Quantity Discount

Company has preferred to keep its prices unchanged, however discount up to INR 600/MT has being offered based on quantity.

“Total quantity being offered is 9,635 MT and quantity lifting above 1,500 MT, 3,000 MT & 4,500 MT will be offered with discount price of INR 200/MT, INR 400/MT & INR 600/MT respectively. Offers are valid up to 5 Feb 2014 “, said a company official, who asked to maintain anonymity.

Despite higher prices in domestic market by secondary steel manufacturers, NINL has preferred to stick to its prices.
