Thermal coal’s API index for Sep’20 has inched up today and is assessed at $57.5/t. RB2 grade offers to India for September loading is at $42/t & RB3 at $37/t, FoB RBCT. The demand for coal has firmed up and is anticipated to increase further. Stock & sale offers at Gangavaram port remain unchanged w-o-w at INR 4200 – 4300/t.
