Steel Authority of India (SAIL) today conducted an auction for 100,000 t iron ore fines (Fe 62.5%) from Bolani mines. The auction received decent response with entire quantity got booked at INR 1,790-1,800/t (loaded on to rake, excluding royalty) against the set base price of INR 1,550/t.
