SAIL conducted an auction for 5,700 t (two rakes of 2,850 t each) foundry-grade pig iron today from its Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), Jharkhand. The auction received good participation as entire material got booked at INR 26,250-26,500/t exw. The last auction conducted on 27 Jul’20 for similar quantity of off-grade pig iron was concluded at around INR 25,050-25,450/t exw
