Deutsche Bank to gradually terminate lending to coal related businesses by 2025

The German lender has decided to end business with the companies exposed to coal mining latest by 2025. This will cover companies making more than half of their revenues from coal mining or those having more than half of their reserves in coal. It would review all of its U.S. and European coal power activities by end of 2020 and would have similar review in Asia in 2022.
