Steel Authority of India Ltd. today conducted an auction for around 400 t (3-10mm) silico manganese from Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant, Maharastra. The auction received good participation as entire quantity fetched bids at INR 45,500-46,250/t EXW. Prior to this, in the previous auction conducted on 17 Jul’20, for 1,300 t silico manganese, entire quantity of 0-3mm got booked at INR 28,450-29250/t and 3-10mm at INR 45,300/t EXW.
