SAIL conducted auction for 5,000t steel grade pig iron yesterday (21 Jul’20) from its Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP). The auction received active participation as entire material got booked at INR 24,700-25,350/t EXW. Last auction conducted on 10 Jul’20 for 4,000t pig iron was concluded at around INR 23,200-23,450/t EXW.
